I suggest you use the following format:
a) Summarize your question in one sentence, being as specific as you can. E.g. 'Is it possible to save records in alphabetical order?'
b) In a short paragraph following the question, provide any further information that people may need in order to fully understand your question E.g. 'I find it annoying to have to continually sort the records and it would be easier if I could just save them in their sorted order. Is this possible?'
c) In a final paragraph state what version of Approach you are using (2.1, 3.0,...) as well as any other software or hardware that you refer to. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.
